Each year the Hilliard Optimist Club holds a Youth Appreciation Banquet that recognizes various students within Hilliard for both their academic excellence and their service to the community. 2007 Youth Appreciation Program This year's program was held at 6:00 pm on Sunday, April 15, 2007 at Memorial Middle School. The following students were recognized for their academic excellence and service to the community. Individuals recognized include the winners of our annual Essay and Oratorical contests, as well as individual students selected by their respective schools (4 from each High School and 2 from each Middle School).
