The Hilliard Optimist Club is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization providing a variety of services to the youth of Hilliard. Programs range from youth athletics (basketball, cheerleading, field hockey and football) to academic competitions (essay and oratorical) and $5,000 scholarships awarded annually to four Hilliard Seniors (1 boy and 1 girl from each High School).
